Scene Around Town: Faith and Grief Ministries and Sapphire Soiree Gala

As Society Editor for the Katy Trail Weekly I oversee the publication's Scene Around Town feature, which shines a spotlight on nonprofit and community events each week. In this week’s September 27 issue, I was pleased to share highlights from the Sapphire Soiree Gala. The North Central Texas Regional Certification Agency in collaboration with DFW-based The Confidence Group recently hosted the inaugural Sapphire Soiree Gala to honor and celebrate the achievements of entrepreneurs who have significantly contributed to the North Texas economy. Faith & Grief Ministries recently held a kickoff event for their Memorial Arch at the home of Dawn and David Hallon.  The organization provides opportunities for comfort & hope to those who have experienced the death of a loved one.

  • Please send one event submission per email with the name of the event in the Subject line
