Scene Around Town: Amase Stays and Dallas Theater Center
As Society Editor for the Katy Trail Weekly I oversee the publication's Scene Around Town feature, which shines a spotlight on nonprofit and community events each week. In this week’s July 12 issue, I was pleased to share highlights from the launch party for Amase Stays where Christy Thompson hosted guests and friends at her Highland Park estate. The company offers a collection of exquisite vacation rental properties in desirable locations around the world designed to meet the needs of a high-end clientele. Also featured were scenes from CENTERSTAGE 40: A Brand New Day which celebrated 65 years of the Dallas Theater Center as well as the 40th annual gathering of its recognized CENTERSTAGE fundraiser. The evening event was an opportunity for patrons to support the on-stage productions and education & community outreach programs of the TONY AWARD® winning theater company.
