Scene Around Town: KidLinks and Women's Council of the Dallas Arboretum
As Society Editor for the Katy Trail Weekly I oversee the publication's Scene Around Town feature, which shines a spotlight on nonprofit and community events each week. In this week’s February 14 issue, I’m featuring scenes from KidLinks, who recently hosted a VIP Patron & Chef Selection party at Vestals Catering where table holders could bid on the chefs they want cooking tableside for them at the upcoming Symphony Of Chefs gala to be held on February 24. Also highlighted are scenes from the Women's Council of the Dallas Arboretum Mad Hatter’s Luncheon reveal party hosted by Jennifer and Steve Houghton. Supporters came for the announcement of this year's theme, Celebrating Spring in the South. This year's event will be held April 17 at the Dallas Arboretum.
