Society Texas Magazine (Nov/Dec 2020)

Society Texas magazine provides a dynamic insider’s view of the bold lifestyle and exciting personality of Texas targeting the most influential demographic. Published bi-monthly, each issue of Society Texas is proudly displayed in the most luxurious residences, hotels, spas, and retail points across Texas. In every issue, I get to share Dallas' hottest events and coolest people with readers throughout the state of Texas. My picks for what’s hot in Dallas for the November/December 2020 issue include La Tarte Tropézienne, the famed French pâtísserie based in St. Tropez, France, a refreshed menu from Georgie by Curtis Stone, and the seasonal American café Rise & Thyme. You’ll also find a recap of The Runway Report. benefiting KidneyTexas. The entire event was virtual and streamed to ticket holders, underwriters, and sponsors. Table hosts at certain levels had champagne, a floral table centerpiece, and lunch provided by Preston Hollow Catering delivered to their home or business for their guests. Teams of society photographers dropped by many host’s homes and captured photos of the fun, virtual event. Lastly, I am thrilled to shine a spotlight on an actual in-person event, the Power of Prevention, which featured former LPGA golfer, Laura Baugh, that benefited the Recovery Resource Council.
